If outdoor exercise is for you classes are held Monday,Wednesday and Friday, offering you both tone and improvement to your cardio vascular fitness.
Pay as you go timetable
Monday - 10:30am Triple Challenge
Wednesday - 9:30am Body Tone
Wednesday - 10:45am Broadway Boogie
Wednesday - 5:00pm Zumba
Friday - 8:45am Body Tone

HANNAH YARDLEY
FITNESS INSTUCTOR
Hannah has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, she teaches many different disciplines and makes each class fun for her participants.
Hannah trained at Stella Mann School of Dance in London where she gained her ISTD teachers qualification and diploma. She then went on and performed in a cabaret group in Greece, on her return to England Hannah worked in a circus in an act that involved illusion and dance.
Hannah has experience in all aspects of teaching, from 4 year olds to the Territorial Army and later on in her career a lecturer at local colleges where she gained her DTLLS qualifications.
