About Hannah Yardley Fitness and Dance
 

Hannah offers both indoor and outdoor classes to suit all abilities. She works in various gyms within the Wyre Forest, if you require more information on what she teaches then please don't hesitate to contact on hannahyardley.fitnesss@gmail.com 

If outdoor exercise is for you classes are held Monday,Wednesday and Friday, offering you both tone and improvement to your cardio vascular fitness. 

Pay as you go timetable 

Monday - 10:30am Triple Challenge 

Wednesday - 9:30am Body Tone

Wednesday - 10:45am Broadway Boogie 

Wednesday - 5:00pm Zumba

Friday - 8:45am Body Tone

About

HANNAH YARDLEY

FITNESS INSTUCTOR 

Hannah has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, she teaches many different disciplines and makes each class fun for her participants. 

Hannah trained at Stella Mann School of Dance in London where she gained her ISTD teachers qualification and diploma. She then went on and performed in a cabaret group in Greece, on her return to England Hannah worked in a circus in an act that involved illusion and dance.

Hannah has experience in all aspects of teaching, from 4 year olds to the Territorial Army and later on in her career a lecturer at local colleges where she gained her DTLLS qualifications.

Hannah’s sessions are amazing, the classes have something for everyone. I love the body tone, Hannah makes the session fun but you know you have had a great work out by the end. She always provides alternative options to exercises, so if you can’t manage certain moves she has a different one to help. Her Zumba and Broadway Boogie give you a real lift. It doesn’t matter whether you can dance or not because Hannah’s teaching skills are excellent and she takes you through each step and makes it look so easy. Through Lockdown Hannah kept us going with her online classes. The workouts are as good as you will get at a gym. I kept my fitness levels up during lockdown, thanks to Hannah. If you want to get fit, then you should try Hannah’s class, there is something for everyone. Dance, cardio, weights and stretch. Just try it and see the improvements in no time. Come on and give it a go you won’t be disappointed

Hannah's enthusiasm for everything she teaches is really encouraging. My daughter and I go to all of Hannahs classes and she always gets the best workout out of you .My daughters Asthma has improved and I did suffer from a bad back but through exercise it has improved greatly. I've been going to classes ,online and in person ,from Hannah now for 9 years and my fitness has vastly improved whilst also having fun.
